Last-minute Labor Day Recipes

We’re heading into the last official weekend of summer and I’m feeling a little sad. The past few months were so dominated by the homebuying process that I haven’t had much time to check things off my summer bucket list. There’s something truly special about Bloomington summers. The students are gone, downtown is a little bit quieter but there is still plenty to do. I’m hoping to cram quite a few summer activities into this holiday weekend before kissing one of my favorites seasons goodbye.

What are your plans for Labor Day weekend? Are you hosting a cookout? Hanging out with friends? Taking one last dip in the lake? Whatever’s on your weekend agenda, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite, easiest recipes to help you celebrate a summer well spent.
