Ranch House Cheese Spread

I’m not much of a football fan. Or really much of a sports fan at all, to be honest.

Ranch House Cheese SpreadWe’re heading to a friend’s house to watch the Super Bowl this weekend and all I know about the game is everyone in Indiana is still crazy about Peyton Manning. I don’t even care about seeing all of the crazy commercials. My ideal sporting event is more in line with the Puppy Bowl (I’ve got my money on Hank, the Labrador Husky).

But I do love a good excuse for a party. And any get-together with friends requires a delicious spread of snacks.

I’ll be bringing my mom’s Ranch House Cheese Spread along to the party this weekend. It’s ridiculously easy to make and is always a crowd pleaser. Horseradish gives this appetizer a little kick! I serve it with an assortment of crackers and chopped veggies and we never leave with leftovers.

What are your plans for the Super Bowl? I want to know what fun game day food you’re making!
